SQL logo

PL/SQL (Procedural Language for SQL) is Oracle’s procedural extension for SQL and the Oracle relational database. SQL (Structured Query Language) is a domain-specific language for managing data held in a relational database management system, or for stream processing in a relational data stream management system. PL/SQL is available in Oracle Database, as well as Times Ten in-memory database and IBM DB 2.

REST logo

Representational State Transfer (REST) is a software architectural style which uses a subset of HTTP. It is commonly used to create interactive applications that use Web services. A Web service that follows these guidelines is called RESTful. REST allows interoperability between the computer systems that provide RESTful Web services. REST is an alternative to SOAP as way to access a Web service.

SOAP logo

Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) is a messaging protocol specification for exchanging structured information in the implementation of web services in computer networks. It uses XML for its message format and relies on HTTP application layer protocols for message negotiation and transmission. SOAP allows developers to invoke processes running on disparate operating systems to authenticate, authorize, and communicate, independent of language and platforms. SOAP is an alternative to REST as way to access a Web service.

Front-End Development

Front-end programming is responsible for a web application’s user-facing code and the architecture of its immersive user experiences. Our developers are adept at a variety of front-end languages, to ensure great-looking software, no matter the device.

HTML5 logo

HyperText Markup Language (HTML) is the standard markup language for documents designed to be displayed in a web browser. Web browsers receive HTML documents from a web server or from local storage and render the documents into multimedia web pages. HTML describes the structure of a web page semantically. HTML can be assisted by technologies such as CSS and scripting languages such as JavaScript.

CSS3 logo

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a language used for describing the presentation of a document written in a markup language such as HTML. CSS is designed to enable the separation of presentation and content, including layout, colors, and fonts. This separation can improve content accessibility, enable multiple web pages to share formatting, and improve page load speeds. CSS also has rules for alternate formatting if the content is accessed on a mobile device.

JavaScript shield logo

JavaScript is a high-level programming language. Alongside HTML and CSS, it is one of the core technologies of the Web. Over 97% of websites use it for client-side web page behavior. All major web browsers have a dedicated JavaScript engine to execute the code on the user’s device.

XML logo

Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a markup language that defines a set of rules for encoding documents in a format that is both human-readable and machine-readable. The design goals of XML emphasize simplicity, generality, and usability across the Internet. Although the design of XML focuses on documents, the language is widely used for the representation of arbitrary data structures such as those used in web services.

JSON logo

JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) is a language-independent file format and data interchange format that uses human-readable text to store and transmit data objects consisting of attribute-value pairs and arrays. It is a common data format, with a diverse range of applications, including web applications that communicate with a server. JSON was derived from JavaScript, but many other languages include code to generate and parse JSON-format data.

Oracle EBS logo

Oracle E-Business Suite (also known as Applications/Apps or EBS) consists of a collection of enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and supply-chain management (SCM) applications either developed or acquired by Oracle. The software utilizes Oracle’s core Oracle relational database management system technology. Oracle EBS provides a set of financial applications used by businesses around the world.

Oracle ERP Cloud logo

Oracle ERP Cloud is delivered via a subscription model, which can eliminate costly upgrade cycles in comparison to EBS or other on-premises applications. The Cloud provider is responsible for patching, managing, and updating the software. When deployed effectively, this can generate significant cost savings.

Oracle Business Intelligence logo

Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) is Oracle’s set of business intelligence tools consisting of former Siebel Systems and Hyperion Solutions business intelligence offerings. OBIEE enables customers to uncover new insights and make faster, more informed business decisions by offering agile visual analytics and self-service discovery together with best-in-class enterprise analytics.

Oracle APEX

Oracle APEX (Application Express), originally named Oracle HTML DB, is a web-based rapid software development environment that runs on an Oracle database. It is fully supported and comes standard (free, at no additional cost) with all Oracle Database editions and Oracle Autonomous Database Service. APEX can be used to build complex web applications which can be used directly in web browsers.
