Consultant of the Month
Hamza Gabow is a long-time Oracle practitioner and finance/procurement specialist. Since beginning his Oracle journey supporting and leading E-Business Suite implementations, Hamza has worked on several ERP Cloud projects and has led international and domestic Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects.
He relocated to the Twin Cities in 2018 and has been a wonderful addition to the local Oracle community. Mr. Gabow is a fantastic example of a consultant transitioning (or augmenting) a background in EBS with Oracle ERP Cloud implementation knowledge.

What are your favorite Oracle modules or functionality?
I love working on projects that simplify the P2P process (Invoice Imaging, Supplier Portal, Self Service Procurement, etc.)
What is your favorite type of Oracle project?
Definitely projects where I can grow and provide value simultaneously. For example, in my current role, I’ve learned so much about OTBI/BI Publisher Reports. I’ve also managed and delivered a few projects such as:
1) AP implementation for a new acquisition in Oracle Fusion (ERP Cloud)
2) AP Roles restructure and business process redesign
What is your favorite Industry?
I can’t say I have a favorite industry, just industries that I have worked in and others I haven’t yet. So far I’ve implemented Oracle in many industries e.g. Public Sector, Real Estate, Pharma, Banking, and now I’m in Transportation.
What would you like to learn next?
I would love to learn SCM more, and manufacturing in particular.
