Strategic Account Executive

Traust Consulting has an immediate opening for an experience salesperson to join our team. This is a terrific opportunity for someone who wishes to work for a growing regional consulting services company committed to long-term trusted client partnerships. The SAE is responsible for forging mutually profitable business relationships with our clients and ensuring Traust’s high standards of Customer Service and Quality. Cornerstones to our reputation. The position will focus geographically on the Twin Cities and Midwest markets, working with inside sales, delivery managers and the executive team to win complex solution opportunities.

Candidates must have:

  • Have at least 7 years proven experience in selling IT consulting/staffing/solutions/outsourcing services;
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts and gain new relationships via networking, researching, and periodic cold-calling;
  • Be able to lead teams of experienced consultants and technologists in partnership with the executive team to pursue opportunities;
  • Have excellent communication and organization skills;
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding objective and quotas.

Preferred experience:

  • Knowledge of Oracle and competing ERP application preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record in enterprise application sales, specifically with ‘business value’ solution selling approach.
  • Bachelor degree required. Advanced degree beneficial.
