Recruiting Associate
We are looking for a Recruiting Associate for our Midwest Sales team. This is an entry-level position with the mission of conducting market research, positioning calls for Traust Consulting’s consulting positions and recruiting events, and to obtain leads for resources for all company services as part of our Marketing initiative to expand our company brand and geography. The Resource Associate(s) have a key role in generating new resources and are strongly compensated for results. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and influence skills, and a strong motivation to leverage marketing media and hammer the phone to get potential recruits connected with Traust.
