Sales/Recruiting Support Specialist

The Sales & Marketing Associate performs in-house sales, marketing & recruiting support to enable increased productivity for the sales and recruiting staff. The SMA is a proactive ‘roll-up-the sleeves’ go-getter that complements the rest of the team to help us capitalize on every opportunity to create a professional, positive first impression, provide responsive customer service; host successful Traust sponsored marketing and events. The Sales & Marketing Associate performs in-house sales, marketing & recruiting support to enable increased productivity for the sales and recruiting staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales support

  • Assist with managing the firm’s CRM system by providing timely, accurate assistance with data input (i.e. sf.com data entry & updates) and access of this information through reports that aid decision making and customer service
  • Assist with assembly of sales call (here’s what I need for my next call), proposals (SOW) and RFI/P materials, resume preparation; including final editing
  • Correspondence follow up (like Contracts, RCCs, appointment confirmation) and filing
  • Act as scribe during meetings, when requested

Marketing support

  • Work directly with BDAs and SAEs to execute campaigns
  • Coordinate logistics for Traust Sponsored events, and orderly professional facilities/services
  • Assist with the development/production of sales and delivery collateral and promotional materials

Recruiting support

  • Timely, accurate assistance with data entry (i.e. sf.com data entry & updates, data clean-up), accessing information and fact finding (i.e. requesting an updated resume)
  • Drafting and final editing of resumes into Traust template

Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Related work experience may substitute.
  • Must be local to Twin Cities area.
  • Highly reliability and excellent organizational skills, including documentation and follow-through.
  • Strong verbal (people & phone) and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage processes, strong attention to detail, prioritize duty essentials and problem solve
  • Exercise extreme integrity with data/information and respect for privacy
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines with high integrity and accuracy (attention to detail)
  • Experience in B2B marketing preferred

Computer Skills

  • Previous experience and high proficiency with relevant software applications (Microsoft applications), CRM (Salesforce.com) including the ability to analyze data and produce reports
