- 6-10 years of experience with Oracle Applications (Fins, MFG, CRM, HR/Payroll, etc) 11i, R12 if possible
- 6-10 years of experience with PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports
- 5+ years of experience with Unix Shell Scripting
- Experience developing Interfaces or doing Data Conversion or Developing Custom Reports/Forms
- Experience as Technical Lead for specific modules
- Experience setting up jobs in Concurrent Manager
- Experience developing Custom Workflows
- Functional knowledge of Multiple Modules, deep enough to play the role of Functional Analyst if necessary
- Ability to create and manage own project estimates, plans, progress, budgets, and scope
- Ability to manage several, variously sized tasks all at once with multiple clients
- Willing to work directly with client end-users to resolve issues
